Krakow Salt Mine Tours

It is a small town (just nearing 20 thousand inhabitants) situated near Krakow, recognized mostly thanks to the salt mine which is unique in the whole world. Over a million tourists visit it yearly. They may go even 135 meters under the ground where they can admire underground lakes, reliefs, chapels, and also see equipment used by miners. A visit in the mine is suggested especially to people suffering from upper respiratory illnesses or allergies. The treatment takes place in a special chamber.
